Please download the overhaul service request form below, include it with the product, and send it to ACTIVE Co., Ltd. with prepaid shipping.

Payment can be made by bank transfer only. After receiving your product, we will contact you with the total amount and other details. Payment is required in advance, and the product will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.

| LEAD TIME | For an overhaul is approximately 7 business days. however, the actual turnaround time may vary depending on the condition of the product, the requested service, our current workload, and the availability of replacement parts. |
