INSTALLATION OF THE WIRE CLUTCH PERCH KIT
The information below is based on theoretical data.
We do not guarantee that the kit will be installed securely on your vehicle.
Please consult a motorcycle specialty store for the actual feel and installation.
CHECK THE GENUINE WIRE
Please check the following dimensions with the wire on the handlebar side pulled.
◆ Terms of Use ◆
| ① The diameter of the wire drum must be Φ8. |
| ② The diameter of the wire end must be Φ8. |
| ③ The length of the inner wire must be 40 to 50 mm. |
| ⇒If this does not apply, change the tension on the engine side. If the above dimensions do not match even after changing the tension on the engine side, it cannot be used. |
RATIO SELECTION
Make sure that the distance (A) from the center of the pivot of the genuine lever holder to the center of the drum is28mm~34mm.
Basically, we recommend using a drum holder with the same distance (A) as the genuine one.
(Because it reduces loss of force, it tends to be lighter even if the distance is the same)
CHECK THE SWITCH
Check the shape of the switch.

| ⇒Requires wiring/terminal processing. |
| ・3-wire type |
| ⇒Connect the terminals of two of the three wires. |
| (The engine cannot be started unless the clutch is depressed in neutral.) |
| ・4-wire type (vehicles with functions such as cruise control) |
| ⇒Cannot be installed. |
ABOUT CLEARANCE WHEN INSTALLED
Please check the following dimensions yourself.There is a possibility that it may come into contact with the cowl, meter, etc.
Depending on how the wire is routed, tension may be applied.
