| A. | We do not sell the "damper unit only" for the following reasons. ・In the case of accident damage, the stay is likely to be damaged at the same time, so we do not recommend replacing the unit body alone. ・Since there is almost no functional deterioration due to aging, we do not offer the unit body on its own. |
| A. | The damping force(firmness) is optimally configured for each vehicle model, so we do not accept changes or custom specifications. The unit is designed in advance to provide the ideal balance, so please use it with confidence. |
| A. | No maintenance such as an overhaul is required. This product is designed to resist performance degradation, so you can use it with confidence. |
| A. | We do not sell the stay set alone. This product is designed to deliver its full performance when used in combination with the damper unit, which has been set with the optimal damping force for each vehicle model. |
| A. | When combined with other steel materials, the impact on performance is considered to be minimal. However, since we have not conducted verification in-house, we do not recommend it. Additionally, |
| combining with different materials such as aluminum can cause significant changes in performance, and is therefore prohibited under our guidelines. |
| A. | Please refrain from changing the bolt material. It has been confirmed that switching to aluminum or stainless steel bolts can cause significant changes in performance. |
| A. | Installation may be possible in some cases, however, our compatibility verification is carried out on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. Therefore, we are unable to provide any information, including performance and safety, regarding installation on vehicles outside of our confirmed compatibility list, as they have not been verified. We appreciate your understanding in advance. |
| A. | The included stay is specially designed to maximize performance, so installation using a self-made stay is not recommended. |
